My work in Compliance Surveillance programs has involved establishing global governance and controls, rolling out voice & electronic communication systems, and translation tools. Our accomplishments have consisted of the development of strong risk and behavioral based lexicon policies in multiple languages, phonetic and NLP models. It also includes the implementation of a global consequence management framework for WhatsApp and other unapproved messaging platforms; a global systems and device policy covering corporate device and BYOD arrangements. I am a member of a system review board to determine retention and surveillance requirements. My work on several market remediation program subjects led to the development of monitoring for compliant usage of popular applications. The work I am involved with is often extremely interesting and innovative. It involves close working relationships with Technology and various areas across large complex organizations. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and proud of my program’s accomplishments. A well rounded background in Markets has been extremely beneficial in my role today.
