As Head of Banking & International & Client Technology, Allison is responsible for delivering compelling client-facing interactions on Portals, via APIs and other digital frameworks. She is charged with simplifying Banking processes through the use of CRM and KYC systems. Allison is also responsible for the oversight of technology deployments across the 90+ countries in Citi’s network. Prior to this role, as the Head of Operations and Technology (O&T) for Latin America, Allison delivered on key transformation programs for the cluster, focuses on automation/manual process reduction, ensures excellence in service for clients, and continually improves risk and control frameworks for the bank. Allison has served in a variety of Transformation roles in the recent years such as Global Head of Transformation for ICG O&T, and Interim Head of Global ICG Operations where she has created new organizations from scratch focused on Organizational Design, Priority Setting and Execution and Delivery. Allison joined Citi Private Bank over 20 years ago where she focused on driving digital client engagement subsequently she drove the change management function for Treasury & Trade Solutions. Prior to joining Citi, Allison worked at Lazard Frères Asset Management’s managing the client marketing team, responsible for creating over 50,000 client review and sales pitch presentations a year. Allison played a key role in developing the LazardNet.com web site, the firm’s first online client offering. Allison has a B.S.B.A. in International Business, concentration Marketing and a Minor in French from the American University in Washington D.C. She currently resides in Miami, Florida with her husband and three children.
