Daniel Silva Monterosso, Executive Director at JP Morgan's Strategic Growth Office, has been a key player since 2013. His career began at Citibank in Brazil in 1998, where he developed his skills in Derivatives Operations and Custody. He then spent a decade at Barclays, rising to Head of Operations and later COO, covering FICC, Equities, Banking, and Funds, including governance over Technology, CAO, Operations, and new projects. At JP Morgan, Daniel initially structured the Control Management framework across Latin America. He then moved to Hong Kong to oversee Investment Banking Controls for Asia Pacific for 6 years, and now focuses on North America, covering digital private markets and strategic growth for startups and newly acquired businesses. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Finance. He enjoys running, reading, and playing beach tennis with family and friends.
