Lisa Flavin is an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Compliance Information Controls and Head of Communications Monitoring Compliance, overseeing the Firm’s e-communications supervision program globally. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Lisa served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Internet Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General, a legal and compliance associate at Morgan Joseph, and an associate in the litigation departments of Holland & Knight LLP and Ladas & Parry LLP, where she focused on intellectual property as well as general commercial litigation. Lisa earned a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
