Patrick Palomo is the Principal Solutions Architect at Smarsh supporting the Enterprise Business Unit providing solutions to the world’s global banks, broker-dealers, investment advisories, and other financial services organizations. Patrick joined Smarsh from NatWest Markets, where most recently held the role Head of Risk, Legal, & Compliance Technology. In that role he had direct responsibility over technologies spanning eDiscovery, Records Management, and Surveillance use-cases as well as Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operations, and HR applications. Prior to that, he held multiple leadership positions in Change Management, Business Management, and Operations spanning over 15 years at NatWest and JP Morgan. Patrick holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University.
