David Maya is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and leads the firm’s Finance, Risk & Compliance practice in North America, serving Fortune 500 firms across financial services, communications, technology, and life sciences. Before joining Accenture, David was a senior Partner at Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services practice. He has extensive experience in a broad set of sectors within financial services, with significant depth in wholesale banking, including corporate banking, capital markets, securities services, and transaction banking. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, David led Strategy at Citi’s and subsequently at JP Morgan’s transaction services businesses, including treasury services and securities processing. In those roles, he established a strong track-record of successfully leading high-impact initiatives for growth as well as profitability including market entry, operations redesign, divestitures, pricing optimization, and digital innovation. Prior to JP Morgan and Citi, David was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. where he advised global banks.
