- Colleen McCullum. Ms. McCullum, joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive in March 2024. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. McCullum was Chief Audit Executive at United Community Bank, where she led the Internal Audit Department with responsibility for delivering all aspects of the audit plan, including overseeing the design, planning, and execution of the plan. Ms. McCullum also served on the Operating Committee of the Bank. She has considerable large bank experience, including time at Capital One, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. Prior to United Community Bank, Ms. McCullum spent three years at Capital One, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Line-of-Business Audit. Prior to joining Capital One, she spent three years at Bank of America as Senior Vice President and General Auditor responsible for overseeing the risk and compliance audit coverage. Previously, she spent 15 years at Wells Fargo, where she held a variety of risk positions with escalating responsibility, including the role of Chief Risk Officer of the European, Middle East and African (EMEA) region and the Head of Counterparty Credit Risk. Ms. McCullum is active in industry forums and currently serves as a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA) Internal Audit Council and as Chairperson of the RMA Women in Risk and Assurance Committee. Ms. McCullum holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, an MA, in International Relations and Affairs from Duquesne University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Duquesne University.
