Vassiliki Siabanis

Vassiliki (Vicky) Siabanis currently serves as the Global Head of Risk & Control for Treasury at Citibank. Her role focuses on designing and executing the global risk and control governance strategy and directing strategic transformation initiatives across Treasury functions. She brings over 25 years of experience across a variety of major financial institutions, including leadership roles in Global Markets, Internal Audit, and non-financial risk management. Prior to joining Citibank, Vicky spent over 15 years at Goldman Sachs where she served as the Global Head of Supervision (Markets) and served as an auditor of a variety of businesses across GS. Vicky has also held leadership positions at Deutsche Bank (DB) and Wells Fargo. At DB Vicky lead Global Supervision for CIB as well as the Business Control Unit for ICG (Institutional Client Group), where her role focused on setting the strategic direction of the Supervisory framework and platform, as well as overseeing Level One Controls across the organization. At Wells Fargo, Vicky was responsible for designing and executing the Market Conduct Framework and Governance model for CIB.
