- Nicole is a 28-year veteran of treasury services banking with diverse experience. She currently serves as Citibank’s Services North America Head of Risk and Control. Having been a former professional anthropologist Nicole brings a studied, divergent thought process to identify patterns and opportunities preempt risk, identify products gaps, and improve client experiences. As a senior product manager Nicole managed national treasury and check deposits in clearing, developed innovative prepaid cards and is a patent co inventor for trade paper digitization. Nicole has partnered with consumer product, not for profit, healthcare, public sector, and federal clients to develop innovative receivables solutions. Over the past ten years Nicole has used her product knowledge, business acumen and negotiation skills to establish a regional risk and control center of excellence. Nicole graduated from Bryn Mawr College and holds a Doctorate Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge, England.
