Carla Mascarenhas established National Australia Bank’s first-line risk and control function in New York five years ago. Carla has diverse global experience including client-facing Relationship Management for international financial institutions, Investment Banking Compliance Advisory and Control Room, Communications and Market Surveillance, and Change Management. Carla holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney.
