Michael is the global go-to-market leader for financial services risk and compliance at ServiceNow. He collaborates with internal teams, customers, and partners to define solutions that maximize value on the ServiceNow platform through the context of risk, compliance, and resilience. Before joining ServiceNow, Michael was head of international risk governance strategy and transformation within Wells Fargo’s independent risk management function. In this role, he assessed, designed, and implemented second line of defense risk and compliance governance structures and programs internationally. Before joining Wells Fargo, Michael was a management consultant at PwC where he helped clients design and build sustainable solutions to manage risk and compliance.
