- Diane Rogerson (CCSP) joined Morgan Stanley in October 2022, as the Deputy CTO for U.S. Banks. In this role, she is responsible for the Bank Technology Risk and Governance teams and the Banks Payments Technology solutions, including Money Movement and Cash Management. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Diane spent nearly 27 years at JPMorgan Chase, where she held many key technology roles and was most recently the Technology Director for the Chase Data Technology applications, leading the end-to-end modernization of their Data Delivery technology capabilities. In her previous roles Diane led Cybersecurity & Technology Controls for both the Chase and the JPM Asset Wealth Management (AWM) technology organizations. In this capacity, she had reporting lines to both the Chase and AWM CIOs, as well as the JPMC Global CISO. Diane also held roles as the Infrastructure Technology Officer for Chase Application Performance Engineering and Monitoring, the Chief Operating Officer for the Chase Card, and previously led Infrastructure, Production Assurance and Disaster Recovery organizations. Diane is passionate about developing a diverse and inclusive culture and has both led and actively participated in multiple employee diversity groups, including establishing the Global Technology Women in Tech leadership program. She is active in the community and sits on the Board of Jobs for Delaware Grads. Diane began her career at Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and previously held her CPA.
