- Niki Fotheringham is HSBC’s Global Head of Surveillance. Her remit covers all types of Surveillance for HSBC’s business lines, including: Trade; Electronic Communications; Audio; and Unauthorized Trading. Niki has worked for HSBC for over 20 years, twelve of which within the Surveillance function. A native of Scotland, Niki has held various senior Compliance roles in both London and New York, with a focus on monitoring and investigatory practices.
