Niki Fotheringham is Bank of America’s Head of Global Compliance and Operational Risk (GCOR) Surveillance, having joined the Bank in 2023. Prior to this she was the Group Head of Surveillance at HSBC Bank, where she had a fulfilling career spanning 23 years including 14 within the Surveillance arena. Her remit has included all types of Surveillance across Trade, Electronic Communications and Voice Surveillance. Originally from Scotland, Niki has held multiple senior Compliance roles in both London and New York, with a focus on monitoring and investigatory practices. Niki is a strong advocate for inclusion and development, which is something she prioritizes as part of her leadership.
