Matt Pearman

Matt Pearman is the Americas Chief Internal Auditor for Barclays. Prior to Barclays, Matt held audit positions at Citi and Lloyds Bank and also worked at KPMG and PwC, providing assurance and consulting services to a range of clients. He is a senior audit executive with leadership experience across a broad range of risk and control areas in Banking. This includes strategy, planning and audit coverage of technology, operations, compliance, finance, and risk. Matt has worked in Barclays Internal Audit for around 9 years. In total he has over 15 years’ experience in audit and 7 years’ experience in consulting and technology. Matt has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lancaster University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
