XLoD Global New York, 4 June 2025 will take place at New York Marriott Marquis, 5th Floor, 1535 Broadway and will run as a conference with a day packed full of keynotes from regulators, an interview with Doug Hurley as well as panel discussions, boardroom debates and interactive roundtables.
In order to book your in-person roundtables (numbers are limited due to table size) please book via ‘Book Roundtables’ from the app home screen.
This event is closed to the press and run under Chatham House Rule.

What do I need to book in advance?
You will need to book your interactive in-person roundtable discussions in advance, please book via ‘Book Your Roundtables’ from the app home screen.
What are private interactive roundtables?
The interactive roundtables are small private interactive discussions that take place between a group of financial institution practitioners and a small number of the sponsoring group. Those who don’t book their place in advance won’t be able to attend. All of these interactive roundtables are off the record and run under Chatham House Rule. They will all have a host who initiates the discussion, but everyone who joins is there to participate in the discussion.
When do these interactive roundtable discussions take place?
Roundtables take place at 13.35 and 15.45.
You can only book one session at each time as the roundtables run simultaneously.
What happens once I’ve booked my roundtables?
Once you’ve booked your roundtables you will receive a calendar entry for those particular roundtables, all the relevant information and the discussion points to be covered in the calendar entry.
The in-person roundtables that you select will be printed on your badge, given to you at registration on 4 June.
What networking opportunities are there at XloD Global New York?
There will be coffee breaks, lunch networking breaks and a drinks reception. Each panel discussion will allow time for a Q&A session towards the end of each debate and questions can be asked either through the app, or via a microphone which will be in the session rooms.
You can also use your virtual badge on the app to share your details with other delegates at the event.
Why should I use the app?
To view the agenda, read speaker bios, contact attendees via chat, make connections by sharing your badge, answer poll questions as well as putting questions to the panellists.
How do I use my badge to network?
- Open the app, tap the “scan” button from the bottom menu
- This will bring up a scanner
- Scan the QR code on the other attendees badge with your app camera
- You are now connected!
Can I put forward questions for speakers/panel discussions ahead of the event?
Yes of course. If you wish to ask questions to speakers in advance of the event, please do email harry.batstone@1lod.com
