Pranjal is a Partner in PwC’s Financial Services Risk & Regulatory Advisory practice, with a particular focus on Non-Financial Risk (NFR) management and transformation. He brings more than 21 years of experience advising leading financial institutions on a broad range of risk management and regulatory priorities. Over the course of his career, Pranjal has supported large banking organizations across financial risk and resilience topics—including capital and liquidity risk, CCAR, stress testing, and recovery and resolution planning—as well as operational and non-financial risk areas such as RCSAs, issue management, control frameworks, and operational resilience. More recently, Pranjal has focused on helping banks modernize their NFR management models to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and business integration. His work includes advising senior executives on the design of target-state NFR operating models; simplification and enhancement of risk and control environments; governance, accountability, and three-lines-of-defense models; risk data and technology modernization; and the application of AI and automation across risk management activities. Pranjal works closely with senior risk executives to translate strategic priorities into practical transformation roadmaps, identify and evaluate AI-enabled opportunities, and strengthen the underlying processes, data, technology, and governance required to build more integrated, forward-looking, and sustainable risk management capabilities.
