Rob leads technology and archiving at Macquarie Group, where he is accountable for the infrastructure underpinning the firm's communications retention, eDiscovery, and surveillance obligations. He has spent his career in financial services technology across Sydney, Asia, and the UK, holding risk and markets technology leadership roles at Macquarie and previously at ANZ, J.P. Morgan, and Standard Chartered. Rob led the strategic decision to sequence archive consolidation ahead of surveillance modernization, and subsequently led the program to replace both legacy estates.
