Ohene Ofori is Managing Director of Global Control Room and Surveillance Strategy at Bank of America, where he leads a global organization spanning the Americas, EMEA and APAC and oversees strategy across information barriers, market conduct, research conflicts, trade pre-clearance, surveillance and technology-enabled controls. With more than two decades of regulatory, risk and compliance experience, Ohene has led significant global operating-model transformations, regulatory remediation programs and control modernization initiatives. He is also a leader in the application of artificial intelligence within regulated environments, having sponsored an AI-enabled research solution through validation and production deployment that expanded quality-control coverage from 5% sampling to 100%. Earlier in his career, Ohene held senior surveillance leadership roles at Bank of America and regulatory and compliance positions with FINRA, the American Stock Exchange and Crédit Agricole.
