Tammi is the Chief Operational Risk Officer and Global Head of Non-Financial Risk Frameworks at Morgan Stanley. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Tammi served as Head of Operational Risk Oversight, Governance, and Testing at Capital One. Tammi began her career at Oliver Wyman, where she was promoted to Partner and held several senior leadership positions, including Head of the New York Office and Co-Head of the Compliance Risk Management practice in the Americas. Tammi graduated with distinction from the University of Sydney and is a CFA charter holder. Tammi also serves as Board Chair of Upwardly Global.
