Mike Gault is the Americas Head of Operational Risk Management (ORM) at Deutsche Bank. Prior to recently joining Deutsche Bank, Mike has spent the past five years as Managing Director, Head of Operational Risk, Americas at Barclays, leading the operational risk function across the region. Before joining Barclays, he was Head of Operational Risk at CIT, an enterprise-wide role focused on building out the operational risk function and providing effective challenge to the first line of defence. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and held senior roles at both JP Morgan and Wells Fargo
