About

Konstantinos Rizakos is the General Manager for the Compliance business line at NICE Technologies, a leader in AI-powered software for customer engagement, financial crime, and compliance solutions. Prior to joining NICE, Konstantinos dedicated over two decades in finance at Goldman Sachs (GS), Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley; the last six years as Head of Compliance Technology at GS. He considers pioneering the secure and responsible adoption of AI in highly regulated environments to be his most significant achievement. A machine-learning engineer by education, Konstantinos’ expertise lies in the detection of malfeasance in the financial markets: collecting billions of data points daily, running dozens of AI models and agents, and providing human investigators with actionable insights in tailored applications. His professional passion is perfecting human-machine interfaces and unlocking humans’ full potential. Outside his professional engagement, he serves as an Adjunct Professor of AI Product Management at NYU Stern School of Business, and as a member of the board of the Governor’s Island Foundation.
