About

Alex Radetsky is U.S. Secretary General for Natixis CIB. He is responsible for leading the Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Technology Risk Management, and Governance functions for CIB Americas and at the Natixis Combined U.S. Operations (CUSO) level. He is a member of the Natixis Secretariat General Management Committee and the CIB Americas Executive Committee. Alex has been with Natixis since 2017. Prior to being appointed U.S. Secretary General, he served as Head of Regulatory Affairs, Natixis CUSO. Prior to that, he was Head of Regulatory Legal and Corporate Secretary in the Natixis CIB Americas Legal Department. Before joining Natixis, Alex was responsible for regulatory relations and regulatory policy coordination at American Express. Earlier in his career, he led advocacy efforts on behalf of the banking industry at The Clearing House and began his legal career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York. Alex holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
